The upgrade was from 10149 to 10166. You have two options: 1st – to install 10149 and then scan again for 10166. 2nd – to hard reset 8.1 and then scan for 10166. The first option is better though.

Or do you have to go from 8.1 to 10149 to 10166? I have a Nokia Lumia Icon and am in the Insiders Program, but the only available upgrade I see is 10149. Any help is greatly appreciated!!
