Sources familiar with Nokia’s plans have revealed to The Verge that the company is currently working on a new camera app. It will be an app which combines the current Nokia`s camera applications –  Smart Cam  and Pro Cam. The app will be named Nokia Camera  and will include all features of these apps. It will have a new UI which will allow the consumers to choose between Smart and Pro features.

Unfortunately, it is stated that not the whole range of Nokia Lumia handsets will have a full support, including access to the Pro features. The models which will have a full support are Lumia 920, 925, 928, 1020, and 1520. According to the sources, Nokia is currently testing the app and will stop Smart Cam  and Pro Cam apps soon. In addition, the forthcoming Lumia 1520 handset will be shipped with the new app within.
