Windows 10 Mobile to be completed this summer, rolls out in the fall

Microsoft to release Windows 10 Mobile RTM this summer
After the work for Windows 10 is already done and the OS is now rolling out to millions of devices, Microsoft is busy with the Mobile version – for phones and small tablets.
According to Joe Belfiore, the mobile OS is almost feature complete, but the company has still work on polishing and tweaking. With Windows 10 Mobile, Microsoft can easily update different parts of the OS, as they have been separated into apps, available in the Store.
Microsoft is expected to release a new Preview build to the Windows Insiders in the coming weeks, but the final RTM version should be ready before the end of this summer. TechRadar has received the following response:
The official launch of Windows 10 Mobile will most likely coincide with the release of two flagship phones, codenamed Talkman and Cityman, at the end of September or early October. Along with flagships, the company is working on other new models, such as the rumored Lumia 650 and 850.
