The app works only for U.S. Users

American Express has announced their new Universal Windows 10 app. The app is currently limited to the U.S., so if you want to download it the only way is to change the regional settings on your phone.

American Express for Windows 10 devices gives you an access to your account on any device, anywhere, on the go. From the app description:
