The RTM version to be finished soon, may roll out to Insiders in November

Microsoft has announced on its Facebook page that Windows 10 Mobile will start rolling out to the existing devices in December, but keep in mind that if your carrier is lazy you may need to wait a couple of more months in order to get this update. Of course, the Windows Insider program will give the opportunity to bypass the carriers and install the final version once it becomes available.

Additionally, WinBeta is reporting that Microsoft is in the final stages of the development of Windows 10 Mobile and the current internal builds no longer have the ‘Technical Preview’ tag. The software giant is now fixings bugs, improving the performance and polishing the OS before sending the RTM version to OEM partners.

Meanwhile, the Windows Insiders should receive a newer build of the OS in the coming days and we believe it could be the final version before RTM. The first models (Lumia 950/950XL) with Windows 10 Mobile pre-installed will be out in November.
